Welcome to CFSC’s 2025/2026 Evaluations & Placements

Northwest Recreation Complex, Apopka
All players MUST be registered to be evaluated on the field
Evaluations are open to any player

  • Age Groups: U9 – U19 Boys & Girls (2007 – 2017 Birth Years)

What To Expect

We signed up online to attend evalutaions. Where do we go when we arrive at the fields?

  • Look for the check-in tent.
  • Provide player name upon arrival for check-in.
  • Players will receive a name tag. Please make sure they have the name tag displayed during evaluation sessions.

We did not sign up online for evaluations and will be showing up. What do we do?

  • From your phone, click HERE to sign up.
  • Once signed up, please go to the check-in tent and provide the player name.

What time do players need to arrive?

  • Players should arrive 15-30 minutes before their scheduled evaluation time. This will allow ample time to park, check-in, receive player name tag and be ready.

What should players wear and bring?

  • Wear white or light grey shirt.
  • Wear black shorts and black soccer socks.
  • Bring ball, water, cleats and shin guards.

What should players expect?

  • Players will go through technical warm up, small sided games and larger group play
  • Coaches will inform players of the next steps.

Why are the coaches looking at their phones during evaluations?

  • All coaches are using a player evaluation app to help facilitate evaluations to help determine player placements within the Club.

Should players attend all evaluation sessions?

  • Players should attend at least 2 – 3 sessions and are encouraged to attend as many as possible.
  • Coaches will communicate with players if they need to attend additional sessions.

What happens after player evaluations?

  • Players are invited to join a CFSC Program. You will receive an email with detailed instructions on next steps.
  • The invitation email will include a link to register your player in the proper program.

Do we have to pay now or can we pay later?

  • There are two options available at the time of CFSC Program Registrations:
    • You have the option to pay in full for the seasonal year
    • Or You can enroll in a payment plan:
      • Payment of an initial registration fee
      • Monthly payment over 10 months.
      • The first payment is July 1, 2025.

Is there any financial aid available?

  • The Club offers need based financial aid. You must first fully register and pay the inital registration fee before being considered.
  • Once fully registered, you must complete the financial aid application within FIVE (5) days.

When do we order uniforms and do returning players need new uniforms?

  • All new and returning players will need to order a new uniform kit since we are at the beginning of our 2-year uniform cycle.
  • Detailed information will be emailed regarding how to order the CFSC mandatory player uniform kits once program registration is completed.
